These Terms of Service and all related interactions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil and criminal courts in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, India.
